SBC Recycle, a leader in electronics recycling, is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer & SEO Specialist to join our Beaverton/Tigard team. This position may include tasks related to web design, SEO, email marketing, videography, social media content creation, and writing. It may overlap with other roles and could be structured as a few part-time positions or one full-time position.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $18.00 to $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Full-Time Stability: Secure a 40-hour workweek with immediate start availability.
• Work-Life Balance: Availability for Saturday shifts is required, with two days off to ensure you have time to recharge.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Design and maintain a user-friendly, responsive website that aligns with our brand and engages visitors.
• Optimize website content and structure using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
• Regularly update content, monitor performance, and use data insights to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Work with developers to implement design elements, SEO strategies, and third-party tools like Zoho.
• Plan and manage email marketing drip campaigns using third-party platforms to nurture leads and boost conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in web design and SEO optimization.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party applications and plugins (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
