SBC Recycle, a leader in electronics recycling, is seeking both a motivated Sales Manager and a dynamic Salesperson to join our Beaverton/Tigard team. Position Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $19.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and role.
• Full-Time Stability: Secure a 40-hour workweek with immediate start availability.
• Work-Life Balance: Availability for Saturday shifts is required, with two days off to ensure you have time to recharge.

Your Role Will Involve:

• For Sales Managers: Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• For Salespersons: Actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales and meet individual targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create sales campaigns that align with our mission.
